DohAssist LLC is a U.S.-based company headquartered in Austin, Texas, operating through its family of brands: DohRx (healthcare revenue cycle management), DohShield (loss prevention), DohOps (workforce management SaaS), and DohHello (customer engagement). Our services are delivered by a trained operations team based in India, and data may be processed outside the United States.

  • DohAssist LLC and its brands (“We,” “Our,” “Us”) provide business management, back-office support, loss prevention auditing, workforce management, and related operational solutions but do not act as legal, tax, or financial advisors.
  • Our services are based on a human-driven approach, and while we follow best practices for accuracy and compliance, human errors may occur. It is the client’s sole responsibility to review all completed work and inform us of any necessary corrections.
  • We strive to maintain best practices for compliance and data security; however, we cannot guarantee immunity from risks beyond our reasonable control.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from errors, omissions, or delays in our services.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Any case studies, ROI projections, testimonials, or performance metrics referenced on our website, marketing materials, or sales presentations are illustrative only and are based on historical results from specific client engagements. They are not promises, guarantees, or warranties of future performance. Individual results will vary based on business conditions, client cooperation, market factors, and other variables outside DohAssist’s control.

3. Per-Brand Disclaimers

3.1 DohAssist — Back-Office & Business Management

  • DohAssist provides administrative, payroll, bookkeeping, and operational support but does not offer certified financial, tax, or legal advice.
  • All financial data, payroll processing, and bookkeeping entries must be reviewed by the client for accuracy. We are not responsible for penalties, compliance violations, or financial losses resulting from misreported data.
  • Clients are expected to review all completed work and provide feedback for any necessary corrections.
  • DohAssist is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect client-provided data, lack of timely communication, or failure to review reports.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the affected calendar month where an error occurred.

3.2 DohShield — Loss Prevention

  • DohShield is a monitoring and audit service, not a law enforcement or regulatory agency.
  • We provide electronic journal (EJ) and video verification audits to detect suspicious activities, but we do not make final legal or HR decisions on behalf of clients.
  • DohShield’s reports and findings are internal tools only and should not be considered legally binding evidence.
  • Clients remain responsible for investigating reported activities, taking appropriate action, and complying with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • DohShield does not guarantee the detection of all theft, errors, or policy violations. No monitoring system can catch 100% of incidents.
  • We are not liable for any employment decisions, legal disputes, or financial losses incurred based on our reports.

3.3 DohOps — Workforce SaaS

  • The DohOps platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen outages may occur.
  • DohOps is not liable for scheduling errors, time-clock discrepancies, or data loss arising from platform use.
  • The client is solely responsible for verifying all platform outputs, including schedules, time records, and workforce analytics, before relying on them for business decisions.

4. Client Responsibility & Monthly Audit Window

All clients are expected to review all work product delivered by DohAssist and its brands on a monthly basis. If the client has concerns about any work performed, the client must submit written notice of dissatisfaction within 30 calendar days of the end of the applicable service month. If no written concerns are received within this 30-day window, all work performed during that month is considered final, accepted, and approved by the client.

5. No Verbal Agreements or Employee Promises

Only authorized senior management of DohAssist LLC may enter into binding agreements on behalf of the company. Any verbal statements, representations, or promises made by sales representatives, support staff, or other employees are not contractually binding and do not modify the terms of any written agreement, this disclaimer, or the Master Legal Framework.

6. Alternate U.S.-Only Services

Clients who prefer 100% U.S.-based service delivery may request this option. U.S.-only services are available at custom pricing, which will be quoted upon request. Standard service delivery utilizes our trained operations team in India.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability for any errors, omissions, or service failures is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the affected service during the applicable calendar month.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or third-party claims arising from errors, omissions, or service delays.
  • The client acknowledges that DohAssist acts on their behalf to the best of our ability, and final responsibility for reviewing, approving, and validating all work product remains with the client.

8. Franchisee Authorization Responsibility

It is 100% the franchisee’s (store owner’s) responsibility to obtain any necessary approvals, authorizations, or consents from franchisors, parent companies, or third parties to allow DohAssist access to POS terminals, company extranets, data access points, and other systems needed for service delivery. DohAssist does not verify or require proof of such approvals and relies entirely on the franchisee’s representations. The client agrees to defend and indemnify DohAssist LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, disputes, or regulatory actions arising from a lack of required franchisor approvals.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We comply with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and other relevant data security regulations where applicable.
  • We do not sell, rent, or disclose client information to unauthorized third parties.
  • By using our services, clients agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service regarding data collection, processing, and retention.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
  • All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against DohAssist LLC or its brands.

11. Updates & Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice.
  • Clients and website users are encouraged to review this page regularly for updates.
  • Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
