Account Manager (US — Remote)

Manage a portfolio of multi-unit franchise clients. Serve as the single point of contact for DohAssist, DohShield, and DohOps services. Conduct quarterly business reviews, onboard new clients, and identify expansion opportunities. Requires 3+ years in account management or franchise operations.

Back-Office Reconciliation Specialist (India)

Join our 30+ person reconciliation team. Handle daily sales reconciliation, vendor invoice management, lottery and fuel tracking for convenience store and gas station clients. Training provided on all franchise-specific systems. Requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software.
